Where is the tracking page shown?
On your store's domain, for example mystore.com/apps/suivi, through the Shopify app proxy. Your customer never leaves your site: the logo, colors and fonts are yours, and HeyTracker only appears in small print, in the footer.
How does my customer reach their tracking?
Through a signed direct link you add to your shipping confirmation email, or by entering their order number and email on the tracking page. Repeated failed attempts are slowed down, so nobody can browse through the store's orders.
Which carriers are tracked?
Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DPD, GLS, UPS, DHL and bpost. They are all presented the same way: nine clear statuses, never the carrier's raw jargon.
Do my customers get notifications?
Not yet: notifications sent to customers (email, SMS, WhatsApp) are coming in a future release. Today, you are the one alerted, in HeyTracker, as soon as a parcel runs late, goes without a scan or nears its pickup point collection deadline.
How do claims work?
HeyTracker spots lost parcels and those delivered after the carrier's guaranteed time. The file gathers the documents, shows the time left to claim, and the claim is drafted for you: you submit it through the carrier's channel, then enter the amount recovered. Never two files for the same parcel. Reporting a damaged parcel by your customer, with a photo, from the tracking page does not exist yet: it is coming soon, like automatic submission on carrier portals.
Does HeyTracker work with Heylio and HeyReturn?
Yes. Heylio, the customer service AI agent, queries HeyTracker to answer “where is my order?” with the real status and date. HeyReturn return parcels are tracked by HeyTracker: one status, on both sides. A single login for the whole suite.
Do I have to enter parcels by hand?
No. As soon as an order is fulfilled in Shopify, the parcel shows up with its carrier and tracking number, and HeyTracker checks with the carrier on its own: often when the parcel moves fast, rarely when it is waiting.
